PO App Improvement Request - Mobile Dropdown & Project Field

I'd like to suggest a couple of improvements to the PO app on iPhone that would make a real difference to our workflow.

1. Searchable dropdowns

When creating a PO, the Project field works really well — I can start typing and it filters results to show only matching options. It would be great if the same functionality could be applied to the following fields:

• Project Phase

• Additional Info: Supplier Name

• Reporting: Orchard

Currently these fields display a dropdown list that isn't in alphabetical order, and with only a few lines visible at a time it's quite frustrating to scroll through to find the right item. A type-to-search approach, like the Project field, would be a much more efficient experience on mobile.

2. Remove "(optional)" from the Project field

The Project field currently displays "(optional)" beside it, however for our business this field is mandatory — it's how we identify which job/orchard to charge. Could this label be removed, or the field be made mandatory, to better reflect how it's used?
