We would like to submit a feature request to add the ability for users to specify or edit the Payment Date.
This would be particularly helpful in situations where payment records need to be corrected or adjusted during the end-of-day reconciliation process. Allowing the Payment Date to be edited would provide greater flexibility and help ensure payment records accurately reflect the intended transaction date.
This feature would mean we don't need to have records outside of Workguru in order to be able to keep payments in line with their transaction date. This will save us time & potential confusion.
If it suggested system date and allow it to be edited as required, this will not effect current workflows.
