We would like to request a feature that allows a default unpaid break to be automatically applied to employee timesheets.
Current Issue
Our field staff and tradespeople frequently forget to start and end their lunch breaks using the timer. As a result, their recorded hours are overstated, requiring our administration team to manually review and adjust timesheets before payroll.
Suggested Solution
Allow administrators to configure an automatic default break that is deducted from a timesheet when certain conditions are met. For example:
Automatically deduct a unpaid breaks when a shift exceeds a configurable number of hours (e.g. 5 or 6 hours).
Allow the default break duration and trigger threshold to be configurable at the company level
Employees should still be able to override or edit the break where required for exceptional circumstances.

Hi this would be brilliant, we had an issue (with our existing system) where our staff would forget to log out for lunch, and having auto-logout for half hour at lunch worked very well to solve the problem.
