We want to have more detail, for example: the printed NAME of the person accepting/signing the quote, a text box so you're able to add some sort of blurb they're acknowledging they are authorised to accept the quote (if not the client themselves) & to add their Position Title....or along those lines.
At this stage, anyone can scribble anything that resembles a signature & hit accept.
