you recently updated the Project Board View so that we can re-order jobs in each stage and use the board as a work queue. it would BE Awesome if the Lead Board had the same functionality - given we have so many leads - we could then use this also as a work flow tool and the responsible party can work from the top down in each category/lead stage.
