Can we please improve a few things in the To-Do section?

1. Project selection (for app): When adding a To-Do and linking it to a project (which is currently the only way for it to show in the calendar and homepage), there is no search function. You need to scroll through the full project list to find the project. Would it be possible to add a search bar? See video attached.
2. Description (for app): The description shown is very short. Would it be possible to click/open the To-Do and see the full description in a larger view, similar to when you edit it?
3. Time: You can add a time to the To-Do, but this time doesn't seem to be visible anywhere afterwards. Would it be possible to show the selected time in the To-Do, calendar and/or homepage?
4. Admin visibility: can Admin users also see the To Dos assigned by other Admins to all team members? We are 2 Project Managers and we both need to have visibility of all the To Dos/tasks assigned to the team to avoid overlapping.
5. Schedule Calendar (for app): can the To Dos be visible in the user's Schedule Calendar
