Our company add a surcharge of 15% admin fee, but we can't charge this on the line item for Traditional Owner consultant hours due to the Noongar Heritage Service Agreement (part of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972). It would be great if there was a tickbox (similar to "billable") to confirm which lines in our quote/invoice we want to apply the 15% surcharge to. At the moment, we have to use an excel spreadsheet to quote and calculate the 15% admin fee, so it's double handling data.
