The problem:[ProductImage] always inserts the picture at a fixed 100pt × 100pt square (35mm / 1.39in), and [ProductImageLarge] at a fixed 300pt × 300pt (105mm). There is nothing in between and no way to set your own size from the template.
Two consequences:
Non-square artwork gets stretched. WorkGuru forces every image into a square frame regardless of the source aspect ratio, so a wide or tall product photo comes out distorted. (I've been working around this by padding every image onto a white square canvas before upload — but that's a workaround, not a fix.)
35mm is too tall for a job sheet. Every line-item row is forced to ~35mm high, so you only get about 7 items per A4 page.
What I'd ask them for: either a sizing parameter on the merge field — something like [ProductImage:50] or [ProductImageSmall] — or have WorkGuru respect the size of the placeholder in the Word template.
