Staff teams allow you to group your staff into teams so they can be assigned in bulk to project tasks.
To Add a New Team:

  1. Click +Add Team
  2. Enter the team name and assign the relevant staff using the check boxes.   NOTE: You can only assign existing staff already setup in WorkGuru.
  3. Click Save
  4. The team is now available to be used on projects to bulk allocate staff to project tasks.

To Edit an Existing Team

  1. Click on the team you want to edit.
  2. Review and click Edit Team.   To delete the team, click Delete
  3. Update the staff allocation via the tick-boxes and click Save
