Adding Timesheets in the WorkGuru mobile app on your android device is easy. You can add timesheets by clicking the "+" add icon in the bottom right hand corner of the app from the:
- Home page
- Project page
- Timesheet page
There are two ways to enter time via the mobile app:
The easiest way to enter time is to start and stop your timesheet in real time as you are completing project or production tasks. Select the required Project and Task and then click Start Timesheet.
When the timer is active, the start timesheet + will change to a red 'stop' icon. When you are finished work, click the red stop timer icon, confirm the timesheet details and adjust if required then click Save Timesheet.
You can enter your timesheet retrospectively by entering the start and finish times of the duration of the timesheet.
- Project - Click Select Project to display a dropdown. You can refine this list by searching for either the project number or name keywords before clicking select.
- Task - Select the project's task.
- Start Time - Timesheet start. The date will popup a calendar and the time a clock to quickly add time without having to type. You can switch between the clock and keyboard entry using the icons.
- Finish Time - Timesheet finish. The date will popup a calendar and the time a clock to quickly add time without having to type. You can switch between the clock and keyboard entry using the icons.
- Note - Timesheet notes.
Click Save to submit timesheet. From the timesheets page, you can search for and review your previous timesheets. If you need to make any edits, these need to be done through the WorkGuru browser. Click the blue plus "+" icon to add a new timesheet.
