You can manage your stock transfers from the Stock Transfer dashboard (Stock -> Stock Transfers). You can search by warehouse and refine the view by All, Draft, Dispatched or Received transfers. Click Add Stock Transfer to add a new transfer. Recost will update the FIFO value of the transfer if required.
Open the stock transfer details page by clicking the stock transfer number.
Depending on the state of the transfer you can have the following functions available:
- Dispatch - Move stock out of the source warehouse when it leaves that location.
- Edit - Edit the transfer. Only available for Draft transfers.
- Delete - Delete the transfer. Only available for Draft transfers.
- Receive - Move stock into the destination warehouse when it arrives at that location.
The stock transfer details page is also available from the product stock movement history. Click on the transfer source to open the details page.
