Setting up the WorkGuru Kiosk application on your Android device is fast and easy. Search for WorkGuru Kiosk in the Google Play Store and install the application following your device's instructions. Note: Ensure you are downloading the Kiosk application and not the Mobile application (which is designed for personal devices)
Launch the installed Kiosk application on your device to display the login screen.
On the first launch, before entering your login credentials setup your kiosk:
- Location - Tap Select the region to set your location: UK for Europe, AU_NZ for everywhere else. Available in the top right corner. Tap OK to apply the region. The current region will be displayed in the top right corner of the kiosk when set.
- Tenant - Tap Change Tenant and enter your current WorkGuru tenant name. Tap OK to apply. The current tenant will display above the change tenant button when selected. Note: If you don't know your tenant name, it is available in the top right hand corner before your account name if you have access to the web interface, or ask your WorkGuru administrator.
Once the tenant has been set, login in with the username and password you use for your kiosk. Tap Sign In to login.
The Kiosk is now successfully setup. Your users can then select their name and enter their pin to access the kiosk.
If you receive this message on sign in, it means there is an issue with either:
- Internet - Check internet connectivity.
- Region - Check region matches your WorkGuru server (AU_NZ or UK).
- Tenant - Incorrect, or no tenant set. Tap Change Tenant and confirm it has been set correctly.
- User Credentials - Username or Password is incorrect or does not exist in the selected tenant. Confirm your account has been created and is active in the tenant you are accessing and ensure the credentials have been entered correctly.
- User Lockout - Check the user account hasn't been locked out due to to many failed login attempts. Ask your administrator to unlock your account.
