Deleting Clients and Contacts

Clients in WorkGuru can only be deleted if they do not have any transaction history. Clients with transaction history have to be made inactive.

Deleting Clients

If the client doesn't have history, the Delete button will be available at the bottom of the client detail page.

Note: No Delete button means you have to make the client inactive.

Making Clients Inactive

For clients with transaction history, you can mark clients inactive straight from the client dashboard. In the Active column, click the Yes icon.

You can also mark multiple clients inactive at once from the client dashboard. Select the clients required via the tick boxes at the start of the row and click the Bulk Inactive Clients button.

Clients can be made active by reversing the above steps from the client dashboard's InActive tab.

Deleting Contacts

Client contacts can be deleted regardless of client transaction history. In the Contacts tab of the Client Overview section of the client details pages, click the Delete icon next to the contact you no longer need.
