Deleting Suppliers and Contacts

Suppliers in WorkGuru can only be deleted if they do not have any transaction history.  Suppliers with transaction history have to be made inactive.

Making Suppliers Inactive

For suppliers with transaction history, you can mark suppliers inactive by editing the supplier and de-selecting the IsActive checkbox.

Inactive suppliers can still be accessed from the Inactive tab from the supplier list.  You can make inactive suppliers active again by selecting the IsActive checkbox.

Deleting Contacts

Supplier contacts can be deleted regardless of client transaction history. Contact details can be deleted either via when editing the supplier.Or contacts directly from the supplier detail page. Click Trash Delete at the end of the row in the Contacts section.
