Import Stock Usage For Multiple Project

Stock Usage can be bulk imported into WorkGuru using the import function found under Administration > Imports > Import Stock Usage for Multiple Projects.

By default the import will simply upload the Stock Usage to WorkGuru, which can then be viewed on the Project Detail page.

WorkGuru Stock Usage For Multiple Project Import Field Definitions

Sku	Sku of the Product	Required
Quantity	Quantity of the Stock Usage	Required
User	Will try to find the user by Email Address, User Name, or Full Name. *If not found, the system will fallback to the uploader and display a warning message before confirmation.
EffectiveDate	Stock Usage Effective Date	Required
Project	Project Number	Required
Phase	Phase in the project
Warehouse	Warehouse name. System will fallback to the project warehouse if no warehouse is specified, and then fallback to the default warehouse if not set on the project.
