Once a staff member has signed into the Kiosk, it defaults to the timesheet page.  Adding a timesheet via the kiosk is dependant on if you are using the Kiosk timer to automatically set the start and finish times, or you are entering the time manually.


Kiosk Timer

After selecting the Project and Task, click Start Timesheet. Click Done - Go Back to the Kiosk to logout for the next user to sign in.

When you have finished that task, when you sign back into the kiosk, it will display the current running timesheet. Click Finish Timesheet and the start and finish date and times will populate.   These dates can be modified manually if required - eg forgot to stop the timer, you can edit the finish time manually to the correct time.  Confirm the Start Time, Finish Time and the Length are correct, enter any timesheet notes if required and click Save Timesheet.

Click Done - Go Back to the Kiosk to log out for the next user.

Direct Time Entry

To add time retrospectively after the task is complete, after selecting the project and task, you can directly update the date and time either via the calendar and clock popups, or entering numbers via a keyboard.  Confirm the Start Time, Finish Time and the Length are correct, enter any timesheet notes if required and click Add Timesheet.

Click Done - Go Back to the Kiosk to log out for the next user.
