New Additions

Updates

  • When you print a Project Group, your document template can now:

  •  Show each quote as its own section, with that quote's own tasks and products listed under it

  • Group each quote's lines by phase, so every quote is broken down phase by phase

  • A single printed document can now hold up to 1,000 rows in total across all of its tables. If a document is larger than that, you'll see a message asking you to filter it (for example, by date range) and try again

  • Timesheet billable amounts are now correct on related mergefields

  • On a project's quick invoice page, now when you invoice by staff rate:

- The page stays in staff-rate mode after it reloads.

- Each staff member's line now lists only that person's timesheets.

- The line amount now matches the amount shown on screen

  •  Public Lead Forms updates:

  • Full support added for custom fields of input types other than just text entry

  • Lead Name and Lead Description no longer required

  • "Lead Name" renamed to "Subject"

  •  "Lead Description" renamed to "Description"

  • BOM components on a Kit Product's BOM tab are now hyperlinked to the BOM's product page

  • Added ability to view closed chats

  • Added support for quote options to gurupay deposit acceptance portal

  • An admin user can now see all the login attempts of the users in their tenant

Fixes

  • On the Geolocation page, clock-in and clock-out times were sometimes shown several hours off. They now show the time the staff member actually clocked in or out. Dates on this page now also follow your company's date format

  • Stock Sale Dashboard now correctly shows the pricing per status on the status cards

  • Fixed a bug in Staff Scheduler where a task that spanned 3+ weeks on the scheduler would only render in the weeks that it started and ended

  • Kit Products now correctly print BOM line custom fields for merge fields

  • Sales and ops hubs have had a few minor fixes and adjustments,  filters now apply appropriately, timezone-related issues have been resolved, widget vs list discrepancies have been addressed among other minor fixes

  • Fixed quote decline properties not being stamped appropriately by some methods and standardised quote decline behaviour along with entity audit logs not saving when appropriate

  • Bunch of phase-related fixes, improvements and alignment for quote and project pages

  • Updated MYOBS COGS sync to handle resyncing properly + fixes/alignment to Xero behaviour and Extended details and analysis report to MYOB

  • Fixed alternate supplier purchase creation not factoring in supplier tax rate on buying guru

  • Fixed percentage lines not being factored into WIP user dashboard widgets

  • Fixed payment accounting sync skipping not suitably marking the payment as skipped

  • Cleaned up project template bulk recost functionality to make selection clearer

  • Fixed Gurupay quote deposit config resulting in a fail

  • Updated ezzybills receipt flow to use the new PO creation logic and implemented a few related bug fixes

  • Closed validation gap that allowed for project task deletion when it held actuals (invoiced/timesheets)

  • Disallowed changing product tracking type when movements or movement-related transaction history exists

  • Some fixes applied to the user import

  • Fixes and experience improvements across schedules and dashboards

  • Fixes for in-app notifications not rendering properly or being clickable

Mobile & Kiosk

  • New login screen, with a show/hide password button

  • Updated header colours throughout the app

  • Calendar and Gantt views have been re-designed, to ensure correct behaviour based on permissions and allow users to switch between Calendar and Gantt views and filter by Day / Week and Month (Gantt chart view is read-only, Calendar view allows users to select a task and add a timesheet from that view)

  • Users with the scheduling permission can also filter by a specific staff member or all staff in above views

  • Users without the Projects menu permission can now open the projects they're assigned to, for example from the Home task list. Before this, they got a "no permission" message

  • Add Timesheet view updated to allow users to tap the dropdown arrow to browse the full project list without typing

  • To-Do Save and Cancel buttons stay visible at the bottom

  • iPhone only: headers and the bottom bar now fit properly around the notch, Dynamic Island and home indicator

  • The Notes tab now shows notes and emails in one list that uses the full screen

  • Adding, editing and deleting project files (and production job files) now needs the Project Files – Edit permission. Viewing and downloading requirements remain unchanged

  • Link custom fields can now be tapped to open in the browser

  • Purchase Orders now only list active suppliers

  • A timer started one day and stopped the next morning showed the start time as the finish time, with a 24h duration - this has now been patched and behaves as expected

  • Fixed forms with an empty stock-usage or timesheet section causing it to not save

  • "Couldn't load timesheets: Call timed out" error on larger projects - The timesheet load now gets a longer timeout and no longer closes the app, addressing the base cause of the message

  • the app crashed when closing popups on Fill Form, Add Timesheet, Add Note, Stock, Purchase Orders, and the batch/serial number screens - these have now been fixed

  • iPhone only: attaching photos or files to projects didn't open the gallery, and the camera crashed the app - this has been patched

  • iPhone only: switching between linked accounts from the side menu did nothing when tapped

  • Dates now save in your company's date format

  • Optional dates are no longer filled with today's date automatically

  • The app no longer crashes on phones set to a different date format to what is set in-app

  • Custom number fields: decimals typed with a comma (e.g. "1,5") now save correctly

Joke:

I just cracked the window and the breeze blew a lot of things off of my desk

Mysteriously, the papers and pens remained stationery…
