Changing a product across many lines used to mean editing each line by hand, now it can be done in bulk via the Bulk Switch Products functionality (inclusive of filters like by SKU or Phase) which has been added to edit quote and project details (actions dropdown) - https://support.workguru.io/a/solutions/articles/43000691196
Stock Used in Period report (Five columns have been added: Category, Supplier, Brand, Supplier Code and Barcode.)
Merge field additions to project document templates;
[TaskBillableAmountActual] - The actual billable amount for a task line
[ProductCostForecast] - The forecast cost for a product line
[ProductCostActual] - The actual cost for a product line
[ProductBillableAmountActual] - The actual billable amount for a product line
[ProjectBillableProductsTotal] - Billable products for the project, valued from what was actually purchased and used — not from the catalogue price
[ProjectGrossBillableTotal] - Billable labour, products, purchases and percentage lines added together
[ProjectNetBillableTotal] - The gross total above, less any client credit notes
When a template uses these fields, percentage lines are calculated against the actual subtotal rather than the quoted amount, so a percentage line on a document now reflects what the project really cost.
Options tables can be separated on phase quote documents
A quote template can now carry two phase tables — one for the mandatory tasks and products, and a second for the optional ones — so options print in their own section rather than mixed in with the rest
Supplier credit notes now reduce project value everywhere that the value appears to ensure true project value is displayed (transaction details, reports, widgets, dashboards, document template printing, etc)
Foreign currency is now handled correctly and each credit is converted at the exchange rate of its own purchase order, matching how the purchase order itself is converted. A full credit now cancels its purchase order to zero value
Estimated Billing by Line Item report field updates - Non-billable purchase quantities are now included in the actual quantity column. Previously only stock usage counted, so materials bought on a non-billable purchase order did not show as used. Where a project is filtered to a single phase, only the credits belonging to that phase's purchase order lines are deducted, so a phase view no longer over-deducts either
Xero file attachment sync has been made more robust behind the scenes to ensure a smoother process when sending files to Xero
Updates for Xero and MYOB for timesheet syncing to add validation and prevent nullRefs and improve UX
Updates relating to server stability and warm ups
Standardised/allowed for negative value lines on CCN’s for credit-project flow (bringing in line with addOrEdit)
Users can edit surcharges/discounts on Project Templates as well as remove them instead of having to use the bulk add surcharge/discount
