The form templates dashboard lets you create and manage your forms.
Functions available on the dashboard:
- Add Form Template - add a new form.
- Name - Edit and review forms by clicking on the form name.
- Download - Download a copy the form template in the .docx format.
- Delete - Remove the form.
- Copy - Create a copy of the form.
