The staff schedule in WorkGuru also contains the total number of hours allocated to complete the project/production job tasks scheduled on a particular period (week/fortnight/month). This appears as the row of numbers next to the staff name.
Remember this is the number of 'person' hours required to complete the scheduled tasks, not calendar hours. This is why you may see more than 24 hours displayed. WorkGuru averages a "work" day per staff member at 8 hours, Monday to Friday.
