Background Jobs let you control the services that run in the background of your WorkGuru tenant.
- Require strict document number matching when emailling notes and files - If you use custom document prefixes and are having issues tracking emails on the relevant transactions (especially quote revisions), set this option to TRUE.
- Check for Emails - If you have noticed the emails you have forwarded to your Leads and Projects using your [tenantname]@workguru.io email address are not appearing in a timely manner, you can manually force a restart of the background service that looks after this service.
