Adding Stock Usage with the iOS Mobile App

Adding stock/material usage in the WorkGuru iOS mobile app is easy from the projects screen or directly from the home page by tapping the + icon and selecting Add Stock Usage.

Search for and select the required project and to track stock usage against if you are adding the usage from the home screen.  This will be pre-selected if adding the usage from the project's page:

Enter the stock usage details:

• Products - Search for the required SKU or Name and tap Product List to select the product used on the project.
• Stock On Hand - Displays current stock on hand for the selected SKU.  Note:  You cannot use products that are not available as the Save button will not be available to complete the usage.
• Quantity - Enter the quantity used on the project.
• Description - Add an optional description.  Useful when adding expenses such as travel etc.
