Project Kanban View

Modified on Thu, 22 Aug at 1:06 PM

Another way of managing your project list is to display them on a kanban board. Kanban boards visually depict work at various stages of a process displaying projects as cards and columns to represent each stage of the process. Cards are moved from left to right to show progress.

You can switch to the project kanban view by clicking Switch to Card View on the project dashboard.

Projects can then be moved between stages by moving left and right as required.

Kanban View Settings

The kanban layout can be configured in the settings. Click the COG icon next to Project Board to access the settings.

Adjust the layout settings as required and click Save.

  • Status Name - Project statuses
  • Header Colour - Click to change the header colour of the status.
  • Column Order - Control the display order of the status columns via numerical order.
  • Display on Board - Control visibility of status columns.
