Add a New Purchase Template

To add a purchase order template, click Add a New Purchase Template form the purchase template dashboard.

From the add purchase template screen add the following fields:

• Name - Template name
• Description - Template description
• Supplier - Purchase template supplier.  Note: While optional to create the purchase template, it must be set to raise project purchase orders from purchase templates.
• Products - click Add Productper product row required.
  • SKU - Search for and select product code
  • Name - Search for and select product name
  • Quantity - Template quantity.
  • Description - Click blue + to expand to add a description.

Click Save Template when complete.
