Getting costs and Status Back from Employment Hero

Most of the time, information flows WorkGuru → Employment Hero. But you can pull a bit of information back when you want it:

On the Overview tab, click "Fetch Timesheets".

WorkGuru asks Employment Hero for the timesheets from the last 7 days and updates each matching WorkGuru timesheet with:

the cost Employment Hero calculated, and the timesheet's status in Employment Hero. This is useful for seeing the real payroll cost of hours against your jobs.

⚠️ This is a manual, on-demand action — WorkGuru doesn't pull this automatically in the background, and it only covers the last 7 days. Click Fetch Timesheets whenever you want the latest figures.

As noted in the Timesheets & Employment Hero support article, after fetching, prefer the Resync button to push any later edits, to be safe.
