Keep quotes moving without manual chasing — confirmation emails on issue, reminders while
they're outstanding, thank-yous on acceptance, and tidy-up when they expire.
## Triggers

## Conditions you can use
- **Total** — e.g. only chase quotes above a value.
- **Sent-to-client date** — for reminder cadences after a quote is sent.
- **Expiry date** — for expiry notices and auto-decline timing.
- **Status** — to target a particular state.
Reminder and expiry templates use **"Date is exactly N days old"** so each message fires
once on its day.
## Actions
**Send Quote Email** — emails the quote (with an online signing link).
- *To* / *CC* — recipients; *To* is **required**.
- *Subject* and *Message* — **required**; supports placeholders like `[QuoteNumber]`.
- *Document template* — optional; attaches a generated quote PDF.
- *Attach product files* — optional; attaches files held against products on the quote
(max 20 MB total, 10 MB per file — larger files are skipped).
**Issue Quote** — issues the quote (marks it sent). No settings.
**Decline Quote** — sets the quote's status to Declined. No settings.

## Tips
- Pair **Remind the client about an unanswered quote** (chases before expiry) with
**Auto-decline a quote after it expires** (cleans up afterwards) for a hands-off quote
pipeline.
- The reminder cadence (7/14/21 days) is fully editable — clear any interval you don't
want before activating.
- Acceptance triggers fire from every acceptance path, including the client signing portal,
so a thank-you email always goes out.
