Assets in WorkGuru allow you to view notes, completed work, materials used and future scheduled work on a particular asset in one place, regardless of who 'owns' the the asset.
From the asset dashboard, select the required asset to open it's details page.
The asset details will display the current asset information including any custom fields. The information from all the quotes and projects are aggregated in the asset tabs:
- Notes - Any notes on projects using the asset
- Projects - List of projects using the asset
- Timesheets - Timesheet detail on projects using the asset.
- Files and Materials - List of all files and materials in the projects using the asset.
- Future Work - List of quotes using the asset.
- Invoice - List of invoices raised on projects using the asset.
The asset info is also summarised in the actual vs forecast widgets.
