WorkGuru allows you to create a quote or project directly from an asset. This quickly pre-populates the new quote or project with all the asset information to allow the asset to be the start of the quote ->project->invoice workflow.
From the asset dashboard click on the Actions button next to the asset you would like to raise a quote or project.
Click on New Quote or New Project to create the respective transactions.
The next page will display a new quote or project page, pre-filled with the relevant information from the asset, ready to enter the rest of the data as per any new quote or project.
New quotes will be listed in the Outstanding Work tab and new projects will be listed in the asset's Projects tab.
