Once a form has been added to WorkGuru, you can access it from within the project detail page to start filling it out.


  1. From the project's detail screen, select the required form from the Fill Form dropdown.
  2. Click the Fill Form button and start populating the fields as defined by the form fields.
  3. Confirm the entered data and click Save Form.
  4. To access the form, from the project, click on the Files tab and click on the created pdf.
  5. The PDF will download and will display the data captured in the form as per the form template.
  6. The layout of the form is as per you layout in the Microsoft word form template using the required fields available from the WorkGuru document template field library.
