In addition to production job documentation, which will display job information in a template defined by you, WorkGuru also allows you to fill out a form related to the production job. Forms allow you to combine information from the project in addition to prompting for input from the user.
Once you have created your forms, you can access them from the forms dropdown on the project detail page.
Select the required form for the list and click Fill Form. Complete the form as prompted and access the completed form in the production job's Files tab.
