WorkGuru allows you to schedule individual tasks within the project's overarching project schedule if required.  This allows you to allocate specific time durations to specific tasks.  Scheduling tasks is usually determined by how time sensitive the workflow is as it is an optional function.


You can schedule tasks when creating or by editing an existing project.  Expand the task and enter the start and end dates as required.Save the project when scheduling is complete.   The scheduled task will now display on the project schedule gantt chart (Projects -> Schedule).  From the project schedule, you can also bulk assign all the tasks on a project by clicking Schedule Unscheduled Tasks.
