Adding Timesheets in the WorkGuru mobile app on your android device is easy. You can add timesheets by tapping the "+" add icon in the bottom right hand corner of the app from the:

  • Home page
  • Project page
  • Timesheet page

Tap Add Timesheet to start the timesheet entry. There are two ways to enter time via the mobile app:

Timer

The easiest way to enter time is to start and stop your timesheet in real time as you are completing project or production tasks. Select the required Project and Task and then tap Start Timesheet.

When the timer is active, the plus '+' menu will change to Stop Timesheet. When you are finished work, open the menu, tap Stop Timesheet, finalize the timesheet details and tap Save Timesheet. You are now ready to start your next timesheet.

Duration

You can enter your timesheet retrospectively by entering the start and finish times of the duration of the timesheet.

  • Project - Tap Select Project to display a dropdown. You can refine this list by searching for either the project number or name keywords before taping select.
  • Task - Select the project's task, it will also include the phase that the task is assigned to if relevant in the following format - Task name - Phase name.
  • Description (optional display) - if a description has been added to the task line item then it will automatically display in grey text directly underneath the task name.
  • Start Time - Timesheet start. The date will popup a calendar and the time a clock to quickly add time without having to type. You can switch between the clock and keyboard entry using the icons.
  • Finish Time - Timesheet finish. The date will popup a calendar and the time a clock to quickly add time without having to type. You can switch between the clock and keyboard entry using the icons.
  • Note - Timesheet notes.

Tap Save to submit timesheet.

Removing Timesheets:

If you notice a mistake after adding the timesheet, you can use the "red bin" symbol on the top right of the timesheet details to delete the timesheet to be remade.
