Setting Up Stock Usage Form Fields
To include stock usage in a form, create a form using Stock Usage field type.

Displaying Stock Usage Form Fields
When creating the form's document template, displaying the time sheets form field requires specific formatting via a table to display correctly.

The specific requirements to be able to display the timesheet data correctly on the form output are:
- Ensure that the stock usage fields are added in a table WITH a header. Tables without headers will not display data even if the fields are correct.
- The table needs to have its table properties Alt Text Description is set to StockUsage.

Available Stock Usage Document Template Fields
| Merge Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| [Sku] | Product code |
| [Name] | Product name |
| [Description] | Product description |
| [Quantity] | Usage quantity |
| [UsageDate] | Date used. Displayed as DD/MM/YYY |
| [UsageDateTime] | Date and time used. Displayed as DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM |
| [UserFullName] | Staff name who used the stock on the project |
Completing Stock Usage Form Fields
When completing the form, the stock usage field of the form prompts for a date range of the stock usage you want to display in the form. The form will display the stock movements within the date range. Note: If no products display after selecting the date range - there are no stock movements on that project within those dates.

Once the form is saved, the stock usage will be displayed as per the form document template layout.
