If a timesheet has been added to the incorrect task or an entirely different project, or you need to move an administrative timesheet from a non-billable to a billable task, you can move the timesheet without having to re-enter details from the timesheets dashboard.
Note before starting: You cannot reallocate a timesheet that has already been billed to a client, this will require either:
Removing the invoice, reassigning the hours and redoing the invoice if not already sent to the client
or
creating a credit note for the time and then re-adding that time elsewhere
From the timesheet dashboard, click Reallocate Timesheets.
Use the date range and/or the Search field to identify the timesheet(s) you want to move.
Use the check boxes to select the required timesheet(s) to move. Select the destination project from the Target Project dropdown and the destination task from target project's Target Task dropdown. Note: You can move the timesheet to a different task on than entered on the same project it is currently on.
Click Apply Changes to move the timesheet(s).
