Project Group fields allow you to insert information from a WorkGuru Project Group into supported document templates.
Document Compatibility
All Project Group fields are supported on the following document templates:

When a project or invoice is associated with a project group only the project group information fields are supported on the following document templates:
- Projects - see Project Document Templates
- Invoices - see Invoice Document Templates
Project Group fields are Universal Fields, which means they can be placed directly within supported document templates and do not need to be inside a repeating table. Merge fields are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed below.
Project Group Information
Use these fields to display information about the Project Group.

Earliest start date and latest due date across the group's projects. All dates print in the DD/MM/YYYY format.

Troubleshooting
Project Group Fields Are Blank
Check that:
- The applicable information has been recorded against the Project Group.
- If using supported document templates other than project group templates, ensure the relevant transaction has a project group assigned.
- The project group is NOT a parent or nested project group (has projects, not project groups as it's child)
Merge fields are case sensitive.
Merge Fields Appear Instead of Values
Check:
- Merge field spelling
- Capitalisation
- Document compatibility
- That both square brackets are present
