The Tasks dashboard provides a list of all the tasks that have been setup in WorkGuru. Adding tasks to this list allows quick search and selection of pre-defined units of labour to add to Quotes and Projects. Tasks are designed to be setup as an hourly rate of time used on a projects. A number of Tasks may need to be added to cover normal and specialist labour rates such as overtime etc.
You can search your task list by task name and description. You can manage your tasks by clicking on the task name to open the task detail.
You can administer your tasks from the Actions menu:
- Add Task - Add new tasks.
- Import Tasks - Bulk import tasks.
- Export Tasks - Export all tasks to a .csv file. The exported file can then be used to import and update.
- Price Tiers - Create or edit price tiers for tracking alternate contract/agreed pricing.
