The List Tasks dashboard provides a list of all the tasks that have been setup in WorkGuru.  Adding tasks to this list allows quick search and selection of pre-defined units of labour to add to Quotes and Projects.   Tasks are designed to be setup as an hourly rate of time used on a projects.   A number of Tasks may need to be added to cover normal and specialist labour rates such as overtime etc.

From the Task dashboard you can:

  1. Use the Actions menu to
    1. +Add Task - add a new task.
    2. +Import Tasks - import tasks in bulk
    3. +Export Tasks - export tasks as a .csv file
    4. +Price Tiers - add or edit your price tiers
  2. Search - Search the task list
  3. View existing task details by clicking on the task Name
  4. Delete existing tasks by clicking Delete.
