Invoicing Timesheets

Modified on Mon, 4 Aug at 4:49 PM

When billing actuals in WorkGuru, you can select the individual timesheets you want to invoice. These will automatically adjust the task's invoiced quantity based on what is selected.

When in the Quick Invoice details, select Actuals Usage (not already invoiced) and click the blue "+" expand icon at the start of the task line:

Adjust the quantities required for the available timesheets to date in the This Invoice fields. Repeat the process on the project's other billable tasks as required. Click Save Invoice to raise and approve the invoice as per normal

When it is time to raise the next actuals invoice, the remaining hours on each timesheet will be available.

To assist when invoicing individual timesheets,  the Timesheets Billing Pivot Report (Reports -> Timesheets) is specifically designed to be used in to help manage this invoicing method. This report helps you manage where you are up to with what has and hasn't been invoiced and also can display which timesheet was invoiced on which invoice.Like all WorkGuru reports, this report can be customised to display additional information as required.
