You can easily file emails relevant to a lead by forwarding an email to your WorkGuru's email address with the lead number in the email's subject line.

Your WorkGuru's email address is your WorkGuru tenant   You can confirm your WorkGuru's tenant name two ways:

  1. From your profile menu:
  2. On the WorkGuru login screen:

Emails that have successfully been allocated to the lead will display in the Lead Email History tab of the lead detail page.
