The project schedule in WorkGuru also contains the total number of hours required to complete the project/production job tasks scheduled on a particular. This appears as the row of numbers under the calendar dates. Remember this is the number of person hours required to complete the scheduled tasks, not calendar hours. This is why you may see more than 24 hours displayed. WorkGuru averages a "work" day per staff member at 8 hours, Monday to Friday.
