Adding Files to a Production Job

WorkGuru allows you to upload files relevant to a production job so they are centrally available for job staff to view. To add a file, click on the Files tab of the job's detail page.

Click Select files to choose the file to upload. Add a description and click Upload.

If you no longer require the file, click Delete next to the file to be removed.


If you already use an existing cloud storage solution, another option to store job specific files in WorkGuru is to utilize the Link custom field type assigned to production jobs. This will allow you to cut and paste a direct share link provided by your cloud storage solution that is available to be clicked on the production job.
