Production Jobs usually require documentation. WorkGuru allows you to create any documentation you workflow needs via document templates. Printing job document templates allow you to easily print job information into a physical form for distribution. Examples may include job briefs, work orders, delivery slips, pick lists etc.
Once you have created the production job document templates you require, you can access them from the print dropdown under the quick actions menu in the production job detail page.
Select the required document from the list and choose what type of format that you want the document saved in.
The document will then be saved in the selected format to the default download location on your device. The document's default file name is Production Job Number.
