Updating an Existing Lead

You can update your leads in WorkGuru with new information from the Lead Dashboard. Quickly update lead categories and stages directly from the lead dashboard.

Update lead details from the Lead Tracker dashboard (Sales -> Lead Tracker) and click on the Lead Number of the Lead you want to update.

On the lead details page from the Quick Actions menu you can edit the lead or change its status, and/or add a quote, or mark the lead as won or lost. Note: You cannot change the lead status from Won to Lost, or Lost to Won. If the lead status has been incorrectly assigned, create a copy of the lead.

Clicking Edit Lead lets you update the original lead details such as Name, Client etc.

Click Save to apply the changes to the lead.
