Alternate Delivery Addresses allow you to shortcut the tedious data entry tasks that happen when you constantly have to type out the same delivery instructions when creating purchase orders - particularly if your PO's are getting delivered to a Project Site.
By default the delivery address when creating a purchase order, will be the selected warehouse's address. To create an alternate delivery address, select a previous address from the dropdown, or click add delivery address when creating a new purchase order.
When adding a delivery address, fill-out the following fields:
- Name - Address contact or business name
- Address - Street
- Suburb - Suburb
- State - State
- Postcode - Postcode
- Delivery Instructions - Specific instructions for this delivery location.
