Adding Notes to Invoices

WorkGuru allows you to record notes on the invoice that are available for other staff to view. To add the note, click on the Notes tab of the invoice detail page.

Write a note in the text box provided and click Add Note. The note will then be displayed in a list organized by date and user. You can click the Delete button to remove the note.

You can add as many notes as required to the invoice.
