Printing Asset Documentation

WorkGuru allows you to create any documentation your workflow requires via asset document templates. Printing asset document templates allow you to easily print asset information into a physical form for distribution. Examples may include asset summaries etc.

Once you have created asset document templates, you can access asset summaries by selecting an asset template from the Print dropdown on the asset detail page. Note: If the print dropdown is not available, you do not currently have an asset document template available.The document will then be saved in PDF format to the default download location on your device. The document's default file name is the asset name.
