Managing Products with Shopify

After completing Shopify integration, you can utilise your existing WorkGuru products list to populate your products in your Shopify store. This will allow you to track products and stock levels when the orders are back into WorkGuru. Note: This is a one-time sync, product management on the Shopify side must be done in Shopify once the product is synced.


Click Manage Products on the store you want to sync a product with on the WorkGuru Shopify dashboard.

The integration will check if any existing products on your Shopify store match your WorkGuru products based on SKU. Matched products will be displayed in the Listed on Shopify tab with their current Sync Status. 

WorkGuru products that do not match will be displayed in the Not Listed tab.  These can then be selected to sync to Shopify as required.

The manage products actions menu provides the following functions:

  • Go To Orders - Shortcut to switch to the orders dashboard
  • Match Existing Shopify Products - Manually run the matching product check.
  • Send All WG Products To Shopify - Sync all active WorkGuru products to shopify.
  • Store Settings - Shortcut to Shopify store settings.
