Managing Shopify Orders with WorkGuru

Access

After completing the Shopify integration, WorkGuru will sync Shopify orders as Stock Sale in WorkGuru automatically when a new order is created in Shopify. To verify this process in WorkGuru, you will need to access the order page via the Shopify WorkGuru integration (first image below) then you will see the Order from Shopify that you created (second image below).

Note: If the client on the order not exist in WorkGuru, WorkGuru will create a new client when syncing. 

1. Click "See Orders" at Index page

Dispatching Products

The dispatching of products will occur within WorkGuru and the result of that will then flow through to Shopify to display the dispatch details. When you action a "Dispatch" from the WorkGuru Stock Sale Details page, the order on Shopify will be updated to reflect the details according to the dispatch from WorkGuru.

A simple breakdown can be found below;

1. Create a Product Dispatch in WorkGuru.

2. WorkGuru stock sale dispatch will then update in Shopify automatically.
