You can complete your lead by marking it won or lost.

Mark as Won
When a client has accepted a quote, marking the lead as won will prompt which quote has been accepted. The selected quote will be marked accepted and the remainder will automatically be marked as declined. If the selected quote has options, it will prompt to select any the client has accepted. WorkGuru will then create either a new project or stock sale based on the selected quotes details.

Marking a lead won will prompt to select the quote the client accepted. If the lead doesn't have any quotes, or No Quote option has been selected, the lead will be marked as won but no transaction will be created.

Mark as Lost
Marking a lead lost will close off the lead and archive it in the Lost status dropdown of the Lead Pipeline.

Note: Lost leads cannot be re-opened as they where lost for a reason at the time. If the opportunity reopens, it should be treated as a new lead, usually by making a copy.
