Lead notes allow you to track any information relevant to the sales process in one location.  Very handy if a sales person has to take over the process mid lead.

Add or edit a lead and from the lead's detail page, click the Notes tab

To add a note, click the +Add Note button. A lead can have as many notes as required.

Fill out the fields as required:

  • User - Staff responsible for note
  • NoteText - Note content.

The note can then be actioned from the lead detail screen using the highlighted icons:

  • Edit - Edit the activity.
  • Delete - Remove the activity from the lead
